At Third Eye Side Eye, each item is made especially for you when your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review it.

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
