Third Eye Side Eye products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to one of our production partners for fulfillment. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Production and fulfillment times vary depending on the product, availability, and production location. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the products in your order and the shipping destination. Your applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Multiple Shipments
Because our products may be produced by different fulfillment partners or at different facilities, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.
If an order is returned, lost, or cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer may be responsible for additional costs associated with reproducing or reshipping the order.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Third Eye Side Eye as soon as possible and provide your order number along with photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.
If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
International Orders
International availability depends on the product and destination. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
